If you think Netflix was joking, You must be mistaken.

In november here in the UK we will be getting a new Tier for Netflix and it's £4.99 and it comes with a Lot of restrictions:
1) No Downloads
2) 1 Device only streaming
3) 720p Quality only
4) Adverts every hour for 15 to 30 seconds long and will play before and during series and films

You won't be getting any adverts on your current plans such as the 1080p & 4K streaming ones.
